ConveySure® is ordered using the same fast and simple online process as
ChancelSure® and
ChancelCheck®. All you have to do is log into the website, select the policy that you require and enter the relevant details. The actual policy document is then emailed to you together with the invoice in a matter of minutes.
Do I have to issue a Cover Note before I can obtain the policy?
No. When you order
ConveySure® insurance you are provided with the actual policy document in a matter of minutes. No cover notes are needed and your client has cover guaranteed from the moment you place the order.
I want to order a ConveySure® policy but cannot comply with the underwriting criteria, what should I do?
Don't panic! We can provide you with a bespoke quote for the risk which you require covered. All you need to do is email our team of underwriters at
underwriters@clsl.co.uk with details as to why you cannot comply with the underwriting criteria and they will be able to provide you with a quotation and policy.
I want to order a ConveySure® policy but the limit of indemnity is above anything offered online, what should I do?
Our standard limits of indemnity are not the only limits that we can cover. If you require cover outside of our standard terms all you need to do is contact our team of underwriters at
underwriters@clsl.co.uk with details of the cover that you require and we will provide you with a bespoke quotation for the policy.
I want to order a defective title policy but none of the ConveySure® policies online are appropriate, can I still get a policy from you?
The
ConveySure® policies available online are a selection of our most popular policies. However, these are not the only policies that we can provide. If you require cover for something slightly different simply email the details to our underwriters at
underwriters@clsl.co.uk and they will be able to provide you with details of the policy that we could provide, and the premium for doing so.
I have ordered a ConveySure® policy incorrectly, what can I do?
Don't worry. Although we are unable to amend a
ConveySure® policy once it has been ordered online we can cancel the incorrect policy – you can then re-order it online correctly. To cancel a policy, simply email our accounts department at
sales@clsl.co.uk with the policy number and details of why it needs to be cancelled. When you re-order the policy you will just need to remember to change the client reference slightly- if the same client reference is used the system will identify the order as a duplicate and so block it from going through.
